Product Authenticity
All of our products are 100% genuine. If the item does not meet authenticity standards, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance; we will try to address the issue.

What is a Blind Box?
A blind box is a type of packaging that keeps what's inside a secret until it is opened. Collectible toy blind boxes usually come in themed collections, with the full lineup of potential figures shown on the packaging.
Some figures in a collection may be harder to find than others. The rarest ones, often called “secret,” or “chase” items, are not included in the standard set. If a set includes a "secret" figure, it will randomly replace one of the standard edition figures.
What is a Confirmed Box?
A Confirmed box contains a specific figure of your choice.

How much is shipping?
Shipping across Canada is CAD 9.99
Do we offer international shipping?
Unfortunately not as of right now. We only ship within Canada.
Do we offer pick-up for orders?
Yes, we offer pick-up at our designated location in North York, Ontario. Just select the pick-up option during checkout to save on the shipping fee!
Order Questions
I placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once a package is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make address changes. You can check your order's shipping status or contact customer service for assistance.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items typically ship the next business day. If your order includes multiple items, shipping will occur once all items are available.
